This slip is in excellent condition, with no faults that I can find. The label says it is to fit a size 36, however the under bust measurement is 97 cm (34 inches).The cups and back of the bodice are overlaid with floral lace, and there is a 23 cm (9 inch) lace overlay at the hemline. The colour is a lovely true pink. The length from the armpit to the hem is 85 cm (33 1/2  inches)

A lovely simple black slip by Lucas Vanity Fair. Size 16, so possibly made for the Australian market. The label is woven cloth with blue embroidery. There is simple embroidered black fabric appliqued onto the hem and the top of the bodice. The straps are adjustable satin ribbon. The hardware is metal. Lovely simple styling, with the front of the bodice gathered at it's bottom edge. Inverted V seaming joining the bodice to the skirt at it's bottom edge. The measurement around under the bust is 32 inches (82 cm). The length is the side seam is 33 1/2 inches (86 cm). There is one fault with this garment ( a small one), it has been taken up, and I havetaken it back down again, so there is a fold line which will eventually come out. Any irregularites of colour in the photo are the camera not the garment.
