vintage green ruffled pettipanties 23 to 40 inch

A great pair of hard to find long leg style ruffled pettipanties in as new condition. The waist measurement is 23 inches (59 cm) unstretched and 40 inches (102 cm) fully stretched. The hip measurement is the same as the waist . The side seam measures 17 1/2 inches (45 cm). The inside leg measurement from the centre of the crotch is 6 inches (16 cm). The garment is shaped with 14 rows of shirring. The lower 8 rows have lace sewn over them, covering the lower part of the body, and the legs, in lace.
There are no faults that I can find with these panties. The crotch is unlined. The fabric looks to be a lightweight polyester and cotton blend. I am unsure of the era.
