gorgeous 60's blue and white lace bedjacket osti $14.00 Cutest 60's blue and white lace bed jacket by Australian Label Osti. The lace is backed by sheer pale blue nylon. Scalloped sleeves and hemline. 3 little white buttons at the top of the front opening, and a sheer blue tie that extends from the neck band, the neck band is threaded through loops of pale blue nylon.. White lace edging the hem and sleeves. barely worn, no faults that I can find. Size W, the measurement around at the underarms is 46 inches (118 cm), the centre back length is 19 1/2 inches (50 cm). The garment is not meant to fit tightly.Postage is free worldwide. Buy Now: 40's pale pink art silk bed jacket size W $14.00 A beautiful bedjacket in palest pink art (short for artificial) silk, an early synthetic. The bodice is overlaid with pale pink net fabric embroidered with pale pink, blue and white flowers and scrolls, as is the collar. The front of the garment is gathered onto the bodice. The sleeves are daintily puffed. The front closure is pale pink satin ribbon (possibly not original). fine ecru lace trimms the collarm bodice, sleeves, hemline and front edge. The fabric has a gorgeous drape and feels lovely on the skin. The measurement across the back at the underarms is 20 inches (51 cm). The center back measurement is 23 inches (59 cm). There are a couple of minor faults with this lovely garment, a couple of patches where it looks as though the coor has been bleached (very faint, but present) and a hole the size of a match head on the right hand side at the front.Postage is free worldwide. Buy Now: vintage 60's osti white babydoll nightgown $34.99 A fabulous white nylon babydoll nightgown by quality Australian manufacturer Osti. Sheer nylon overskirt at the front only. Double layered sheer nylon ruffle on the hem, collar and edge of the bodice. The collar (which is present at the front of the bodice only) features floral embroidery. The same floral embroidery is featured on the generous centre panel. There is a white ribbon at the centre front. The garment has had minimal wear, and the only fault that I can find is that there are a few picks on the nylon overskirt. The size is SSW, the bust measurement around at the underarms is 37 inches (94 cm). The length of the side seam is 35 1/2 inches (91 cm ). Buy Now: fabulous 60's pucci esque print gown large size $26.99 Really great late 60's wearable house gown in a larger size. The print is a fabulous pucci-esque design. Really bright and vibrant. The gwon feature 4 buttons at the top half of the centre front, and a tie at the neckline. From New Zealand label Wyndham, a Farmer's department store brand. Size 20. To fit bust 42 inches (107 cm). The actual bust measurement of the garment, taken at the underarms is 46 inches (118 cm). The length from back neck to hem is 43 inches (109 cm).The garment looks unworn to me, the label is still firm. I think it may have been a factory second, I had to hem one of the sleeves. Sheer cups falling from a gathering at the shoulders. The base of the cups is lavish floral lace. Scooped low back. Gorgeous saxe blue color. To fit 36 inch (92 cm) bust. No faults that I can find apart from an asterisk drawn in pen on the cloth label.The measurement around at the underarms is 37 inches (96 cm). The bust measurement is 43 inches (110 cm) measured around under the armpits. The centre back length is 32 inches (82 cm). Style number SN 938. Size 14. Polyester. Styled in Australia. The fabric is an all-over textured lace. Estra embroidery on the cups. There is a split down the centre front with nylon ties. Lace straps and edging on the hem and top of the bodice. The underbust measurement is 33 inches (84 cm)The length from shoulder to hem is 100 cm (39 1/4 inches).POSTAGE IS FREE WORLDWIDE Buy Now: late 60's early 70's floral nylon robe $11.99 This is a cutie. Short sleeved housecoat, robe, dressing gown in nylon. Label says it is a size 14. The gown is gathered onto a yoke and buttons all the way down the front. The neckline is trimmed with a very minimal lace, there is frilly lace trimming the yoke, sleeves and hem. The garment is meant to be a loose fit and go over a nightgown. The bust measures 38 inches (97 cm) around at the armpits and the length from shoulder to hem is 39 inches (100 cm). The background is off-white with a print of flowers and leaves. The outline is grey, and the flowers are filled in in yellow and orange. There is a pocket inset into one of the side seams. This is a very sweet garment with just one fault that I can find, a little bit of the lace (about 1 cm or 1/3 inch) has been missed by the sewing machine on the bodice, this is a manufacturing fault. The gown is sweetly styled The bodice is made like cups, and slightly gathered onto the skirt of the garment. The neckline, sleeves and hem are trimmed with a 1 1/2 cm (1/2 inch) ruffle made from a double layer of the fabric. There is a 34 cm (13 1/2 inch) split shaped like an inverted v at the centre front. There is a generous  6 cm (2 1/4 inch) fabric sash to nip in the waist, and a cute little patch pocket with a frill edging the top. Fabulously slinky, drapes beautifully. Unfortunately it is too small to photograph on my model. The measurement around at the underarm is 73 cm (28 1/2 inches). The length from underarm to hem is 112 cm (44 inches). Hard to find larger size. The measurement under the bust is 40 inches (102 cm), the cups are gathered at the base, so it could fit a larger breast, depending on how much coverage you want.The length from armpit to hem is 35 1/2 inches (90cm). There is a double line of shirring on each side at the waist for shape. The front closes with 2 buttons. The cups and hem are trimmed with a 2 1/2 inch (6 1/2 cm ) double layer of sheer nylon overlayed with s 2 inch (5 cm ) wide strip of floral lace.The sheer nylon continues across the top of the back. Adjustable nylon ribbon straps. FlawlessPOSTAGE IS FREE WORLDWIDE Buy Now: long pink gown by chic salon $26.99 The label on this gown is very firm, indicates that it has had little or no washing. The fabric is nylon and rayon. Very demure-looking, until you notice that the keyhole neckline is open nearly to the high waistband. The bodice is embellished with 2 rows of ruffled lace, the lace also trims the elasticesed puff sleeves. The front of the skirt is gathered onto the waistband. There are ties at the back to nip in the waist. A lovely gown in perfect condition. The bust measures 90 cm (35 inches) measured at the armpits, the waist measures 84 cm (33 inches) maximum, the hip size is free. The length from the armpit to the floor is 118 cm (46 1/2 inches).POSTAGE IS FREE WORLDWIDE Buy Now: 30's pink art silk lounging pyjamas size OS $65.99 A lovely pair of lounging pyjamas from the 30's. They are made from salmon-pink brushed art silk. This fabric was an early synthetic (rayon) and the "art" is short for "artificial". The fabric is quite heavy and has a beautiful drape Garments made from this fabric are hard to find now. Sweet styling, kind of half masculine/half feminine, with a half collar (at the front only), sleeves that are pleated at the top where they join the yoke,and a 1 1/2 cm ( 3/4 inch) sash that ties at the back to nip the waist in. The wide legged pants are pleated onto a  2 c1/2m (1 inch) waist band, there is a slit at the top of the side seam, so you can get them on, and they tie at the side. The bust measures  102 cm (40 inches), the sleeve seam is 49 cm (19 inches), armpit to wrist, the waist is 69 cm (27 inches) , the leg length is 108 cm (42 1/2 inches) from waist to hem, the pants hem is 66 cm (26 inches) around.The pants are flawless, but have been worn, the top has a small amount of pilling just above the yoke at the left front, this is in the same area as a small, faint 1/2 cm ( 1/4 inch) stain, it looks to be a stone fruit stain and I haven't been able to remove it. Also the sash has begun to pull out of the side seam on the right hand side, this is one stitch-width. There are some irregularities in the weave of the fabric, which I think is consistent with the era in which it was manufactured.
